We work for homeowners associations on common areas, entrances, trees along the streets and walks, and storm cleanup after bad weather. We take work job by job, and we are open to an ongoing arrangement with a board that wants one.
We look after a neighborhood's trees the way we look after a homeowner's: pruned to the ANSI A300 standards, and taken down only when they need to be.
We send a certificate of insurance to any board or property manager who asks.
Jacob walks the property with whoever the board sends and prices each area in writing, so the board can vote on it. Work is scheduled with the board, and the residents get notice before the crew shows up.
Vacation and lake communities are a lot of our work. Many owners are not there most of the year, so a tree that comes down on a common area gets handled without waiting on them.
