Simply the best! I could not be happier with New Heights and everyone who works there. Jacob came out and gave an honest assessment of what I wanted done. He even told me that a tree/branch that I thought was an issue, was not (cost savings). I quickly received one of the most professional quotes I’ve ever had from a service vendor, at a reasonable price. Their communication is perfect. They showed up when they promised, and the crew worked harder than any group of people I’ve seen in a long time. They took down two large oaks, pulled/disposed of two other dead trees from the woods, and took care of three stumps. The execution was flawless. The two standing oaks were surrounded by dogwood trees, which we wanted to save. I don’t think they could have been any more careful if I stood next to the trees myself. They also used sheets of plywood to protect the lawn any place where the skid steer would have to turn! And to top it all off, they cleaned up perfectly. I think they left my lawn in better shape than when they arrived (constant raking, leaf blowing, etc). No less than three of the crew were on hands and knees carefully prying up parts of the lawn where a branch had made a divot, and then filled in any depression. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is amazing!
