Tree Care for Rental Homes and Landlords
Limbs on the roof and in the gutters, a dead tree the insurance company noticed, or a tenant who called about a branch. We set the time with your tenant and send the photos and the bill to you.
Limbs on the Roof and Gutters
Branches rubbing a roof wear the shingles and fill the gutters every fall. Cutting them back a few feet is cheap and saves the roof.
Dead Trees and Insurance Notices
Insurers sometimes ask for a dead tree or a limb over the house to be dealt with before they renew. Send us the letter and photos and we price exactly what it asks for.
Working With Your Tenant
We call the tenant to set a time and tell them where the truck will park. You get the estimate, the photos and the invoice.
When You're Away
- 1
Jacob Goes Out
Send the address and the gate code. Jacob goes out and looks at the trees, with you there or not.
- 2
Approve by Text
You get a written estimate and pick a date. Nobody has to be home for the work.
- 3
See It Done
Before and after photos from the same spots when the crew leaves, so you know the yard is clean.
Questions
Can I pay without meeting you there?
Yes. The estimate and invoice come to you, and we never collect from the tenant.
Other Properties

Lake Houses
Lake house trees shade the house, hold the hillside and frame the view. They also hang over roofs, decks and docks, on lots that drop toward the water.

Airbnb & VRBO Rentals
Dead wood over the hot tub, the deck and the path to the dock comes out first. We work between check out and check in.

Investment Properties
Healthy, well kept trees add to what a house is worth. A house you are about to list, a lot that has grown over, or a tree an inspector flagged: Jacob looks at it, and several properties can go on one estimate.
