Healthy, well kept trees add to what a house is worth. A house you are about to list, a lot that has grown over, or a tree an inspector flagged: Jacob looks at it, and several properties can go on one estimate.

Seasonal Lake House Tree Check
Twice a year, in April before the season and again in October or November after it, we walk the lot while you are away. We check the limbs over the roof, the deck, the hot tub and the dock for dead wood and anything rubbing or leaning. You get dated photos of each tree, with a price for anything that needs doing.
Nothing gets cut until you approve it.

Questions Owners Ask
Can you trim the trees between my house and the water?
Often, but it depends where your property ends. On Corps land along Table Rock, trimming needs a permit and some trees cannot be cut at all. We find the line first and tell you what we can do.
Do I need to be there?
No. Send the address and the gate code. Jacob goes out, you approve the estimate, and we send photos of the finished work.
Can you come on a weekday when the cabin is empty?
Yes, that is usually the easiest time. Send the dates the place is open.
Will you send photos when it is done?
Yes, before and after from the same spots, so you can see it without driving down.
Can I pay without meeting you there?
Yes. The estimate and invoice come to you, and we never collect from the tenant.
How fast can you get to a property I just bought?
Send the address and photos. We give you a price and a date, and work around your contractors.

What a great experience we had. Jacob and Rysten came out to talk about our damaged trees and they spent much time going over the problems. Then they came back out to do the work. One of the first things was their attention to detail and the steps they take for safety. Emma, Zeke and Jacob were great. They took care of three trees and then took away a lot of old wood we had sitting around. They cleaned up everything before they left. They also were very communicative about when they would be there and the plan for the day. Would highly recommend them.
