Tree Care for Investment Properties
Healthy, well kept trees add to what a house is worth. A house you are about to list, a lot that has grown over, or a tree an inspector flagged: Jacob looks at it, and several properties can go on one estimate.
Before the Listing Photos
Overgrown trees hide the house and make the yard look smaller. Raise the crowns and clear the brush along the drive, and buyers see more house in the listing photos.
Trees an Inspector or Insurer Flagged
Send the inspection report and we price each tree item on it, so you can decide what to fix before closing.
Several Properties at Once
If you own more than one place in the area, send the list. We look at them on the same trip and give you one estimate.
When You're Away
- 1
Jacob Goes Out
Send the address and the gate code. Jacob goes out and looks at the trees, with you there or not.
- 2
Approve by Text
You get a written estimate and pick a date. Nobody has to be home for the work.
- 3
See It Done
Before and after photos from the same spots when the crew leaves, so you know the yard is clean.
Questions
How fast can you get to a property I just bought?
Send the address and photos. We give you a price and a date, and work around your contractors.
Other Properties

Lake Houses
Lake house trees shade the house, hold the hillside and frame the view. They also hang over roofs, decks and docks, on lots that drop toward the water.

Airbnb & VRBO Rentals
Dead wood over the hot tub, the deck and the path to the dock comes out first. We work between check out and check in.

Rental Homes
Limbs on the roof and in the gutters, a dead tree the insurance company noticed, or a tenant who called about a branch. We set the time with your tenant and send the photos and the bill to you.
