Branson is hilly and wooded, and plenty of houses here have big oaks on the slope above them or between them and the water. The tree is often above something, and the way in for a truck can be narrow or steep. Those oaks are tough, but on the shallow, rocky soil here they take it hard when roots are cut or soil is piled over them, so a house project near a big tree is worth a look from an arborist first.

On Lake Taneycomo and Table Rock Lake, a lot of the work is between the house and the water, over docks and boathouses. Lake views get opened up by selective pruning and raising limbs, never by cutting tops.

Inside Branson the power lines are usually Liberty's, and outside town often White River Valley Electric's. When a tree has grown toward a line, Jacob coordinates with the utility, which clears within 10 feet of it.

Wherever the tree is, the approach is the same. Jacob Perkins, an ISA Certified Arborist, looks at it first. Pruning is done to the ANSI A300 standards, and when a tree can be kept healthy and safe, he tells you how before anything comes down.

Nightly Rentals

A lot of Branson houses, cabins and condos are nightly rentals, and the owner is often hours away. Jacob can look at the trees without you there and send the written price with photos by text or email. If a property manager runs the place, we work with them directly.

Tell us the dates between guests and we plan the job around them, so a limb over the hot tub or the deck can come down before the next check in.

Pointe Royale, Branson Hills and the condo communities around Fall Creek all have associations, and many associations want to sign off before a tree comes down. The estimate comes in writing, with what is coming down and why, ready to hand to the board, and we send a certificate of insurance to any board that asks.
