After a Storm
When a storm comes through and you are three hours away, we can go look and send you photos of what came down, with what has to happen before the next guests arrive.
Cleanup
We haul it all off and blow off the drive and the deck.
Seasonal Lake House Tree Check
Twice a year, in April before the season and again in October or November after it, we walk the lot while you are away. We check the limbs over the roof, the deck, the hot tub and the dock for dead wood and anything rubbing or leaning. You get dated photos of each tree, with a price for anything that needs doing.
Nothing gets cut until you approve it.

Send the address and the gate code. Jacob goes out and looks at the trees, with you there or not.

Lake house trees shade the house, hold the hillside and frame the view. They also hang over roofs, decks and docks, on lots that drop toward the water.
Rental Homes
Limbs on the roof and in the gutters, a dead tree the insurance company noticed, or a tenant who called about a branch. We set the time with your tenant and send the photos and the bill to you.

Healthy, well kept trees add to what a house is worth. A house you are about to list, a lot that has grown over, or a tree an inspector flagged: Jacob looks at it, and several properties can go on one estimate.
